How to farm ancient items diablo 32/21/2024 Your gloves are good for now, and maybe you shoukd focus on other items first before going for even better gloves. That's good, it means you understand that ancient are NOT the end all be all of items. I was wrong! Thanks again for the help, folks.įirst of all, you correctly identified that non ancient gmoves vs ancient gloves hardly matter except for a caldesann on the ancient, if you have perfect stats. I thought the game was intentionally not allowing this on set items implying set items are rarer than orange legendary, so you have to work harder to get an ancient set item. Is there anything I can do other than use Kadala (and world drop) to try to obtain an ancient Lavishing gloves with int (or attk speed), crit chance, crit dmg, and area dmg, so that I can enchant with Caldesann's?ĮDIT: Apparently, set items are also considered legendary items, so I will probably just use cube recipe #2. I have been using Kadala for days and days and days to get ancient set hands, but every time I get the ancient Lavishing Gloves, I never get both 1) the correct stats on the item, nor 2) rolls that are at least as good as my current non-ancient, due to the fact that they do not benefit from being ancient. I currently have a preeeetty good non-ancient roll on these gloves: Int 741, Attack speed 6%, crit hit 9.5%, and crit dmg 50% (the int could be area dmg to improve, but forget that for a moment, I dont think that is impacted by ancient, either). None of these properties, other than the int, are improved with ancients. The best stat rolls are attack speed (or int), crit hit chance, crit dmg, and area dmg. I am a necro and my hands are currently equipped with Lavishing Gloves. As you all know, Caldesann's can only be applied to ancient items.
